Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion sliced
1 medium green pepper sliced in rings (or red or yellow pepper)
½ tsp each garlic powder, celery powder, salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 28 oz can tomatoes
1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
Let’s get cooking:
Brown ground beef and drain excess fat. Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Add garlic powder, celery powder, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer on low flame until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes, break them up and stir. Simmer for a half an hour or until done.
Serve over rice.
Yield: Serves 4

Truly delicious with a salad and garlic bread. Yummy!!
