Pasta with Ground Beef Dinner

This is a simple, fast and delicious recipe.

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 medium chopped green pepper
1 1 lb. can of red kidney beans, undrained
1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. pepper
½ lb. pasta , cooked

Let’s get cooking:

In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and green pepper.
Drain any excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients, except shells.
Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Add shells the last 10 minutes. Stir mixture well.

Yeild: 5-6 servings.

Quick and easy are the key words here for this recipe.
You can substitute red pepper for the green pepper, add more chili powder if you like and use whatever pasta you like, shells or rotini, your choice.
