Fast & Goooood!!
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 ½ lbs Italian sausage
1 large jar traditional spaghetti sauce
Garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt, and parsley flakes
(season to your own taste)
Let’s get cooking:
Brown ground beef and drain, brown Italian sausage in a separate skillet, drain on paper towels and cut into small chunks.
Mix all ingredients together.
Serve over Angel Hair spaghetti.
Yield: 6 servings.
This is quick and easy and it’s even better the next day, if there’s any leftovers.
Serve with a salad and garlic bread, and you’re in heaven.
(For leftovers: Melt some butter in a skillet and add spaghetti, when it’s heated, add the leftover sauce, making sure spaghetti is covered with the sauce and heated thoroughly.)
An old neighbor of mine used to make spaghetti sauce from scratch with neck bones and a bunch of other ingredients. She cooked it for 6 hours. It was delicious, but 6 hours??
